AARF Cat Adoption Agreement/Application
Adopting a cat is a major decision. Too many cats end up in shelters because people aren't prepared. Please read through this application before submitting, as ALL fields must be filled out in order to process it.
Cats are not adopted on a first come basis. Our mission is to make the best match for both the cat/kitten and their potential adopter. Once an online application is submitted and reviewed, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
Please consider the following:
AARF does our best to provide you with an accurate description of a cat's age, breed, health and temperament. HOWEVER we do not always have the full history on a cat and therefore we are unable to guarantee anything about the cat you rescue. Cats and kittens pee, poop, scratch, need time, and exercise. Are you ready and willing to take on this responsibility?
Applications are best completed on a computer, Ipad, or something other than a cell phone, which can be problematic.
